Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the horror and martial arts categories. Her style of review and methodology are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action films that have a twisted fascination. She began reviewing movies around the middle of 2009, after she was well-known in their forum. (Under her old username Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to be a part of the Channel Awesome team. The site was up and running till the start of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was redesigned to Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts focus on the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
