Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the highs the lows and everything in between. My family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I worked hard to be their proudest and had tunnel vision in the direction of the success. My plan of life was as follows: I'd attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase the house. The life I had planned for me did not turn into. 2013 was the year I realized it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and the status was great however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was simply spending my time. In 2013, I discovered my love was working out. I also liked getting out and about to aid others. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. My business was founded in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. Very few Asian women work in the world of fashion. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they wish to do. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's loss of life. In Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her daily. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe is a way of offering us the things we need. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first time I really feel I am alive. My life is shared to you with the hope that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to know that you are not on your own, to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you set your mind to and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your best source of wealth. You have only one life. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
